Refund policy

We have a 30-day Return & Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Within those 30 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide a free replacement, or full refund, with a pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

If you are outside the contiguous United States, you will be responsible for your return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued on your original payment method within two business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your refund, please contact us.

After 30 days
After 30 days of delivery, we will accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging only.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
